Area Sales Manager

Job responsibilities: 

1. Make annual sales plan for customers, and achieve the sales target of the responsible area. Make market demand forecast according to actual sales and dynamic changes of market demand. 

2. Mobilize and encourage agents to explore the market, improve the influence and penetration of the company's products and services, and continuously develop more new projects and convert them into effective orders. 

3.Regularly visit the market and customers, feed back market dynamics and competition status, timely feed back opportunities and problems found, and accurately find countermeasures. 

4. Properly select strategic cooperative customers to promote new products; Mobilize AE/FAE resources to provide professional and effective technical support in the process of engineering sample certification test and trial production certification test after the project is approved by the customer, so as to ensure that the company's product can enter mass production smoothly and get the DESIGN-WIN. 

Job requirements: 

1. College degree or above, 5 years or above of sales experience in IC semiconductor or related industries; 

2. Master the necessary business communication and negotiation skills, be good at communication, and have strong problem solving ability; 

3. Love sales work, have enterprising spirit, high sense of responsibility, dare to assume, work seriously; 

4. Able to accept short-term business trips.
